TRIBE, update:

Now that TEMPLE II will be opening in spring (and TEMPLE III is LIVE), we’ll be consolidating TEMPLE I and II into one. (Insider details here.)

Which means all TEMPLE I/II LLC membership interests—LLC equivalent of “stock”—will be transferred into one entity. TEMPLE III will join later at a higher valuation as it progresses.
