Heroic Public Benefit Corporation

The Big 3 Days Left… (Until our crowdfunding closes…)

Published on Jul 1, 2024

Heroes!

Brian here with a super-quick note…

Somehow it’s already July 1st and we’re already more than halfway through 2024.

I hope your year has been off to an amazing start. We’re committed to helping you make it your best yet!

And…

As per the last few emails we’ve sent out…

There are now only THREE (!) days left until we close our current crowdfunding.

THANK YOU to everyone who has joined the cause as a new investor and thank you to everyone who threw some more fuel on the Heroic fire and/or had already ignited the movement with your prior support. 🙏

🪵🔥!!

Check out the note from a couple days ago (and below!) for the full recap of all things Heroic Public Benefit Corporation you may want to explore.

To make it easy, I’ll repeat…

You can invest $100-$25,000 on Wefunder: https://wefunder.com/heroic

And, you can set up a time to chat 1-on-1 with me next week if you’d like to invest $25,000+: https://heroic.us/accredited

That’s all I’ve got.

Day 1. All in.

LET’S GO!

🙌!!

B

P.S. Details wise… Since we started leaning into closing this round at the beginning of June, we’re in the process of bringing in a potential of $2,423,760, which means there is only about $380,833 left in our $11M round (across our Reg D 506(c) and Reg CF offerings).

As we’ve discussed…

This is a convertible note with a $50M cap and a 20% discount. If we can hit the targets we set in the deck and the letter we have shared, we believe we have a shot at 2x-ing that valuation with our Series A in 2.5 years.

P.P.S. Here’s the quick list of all things Heroic you may enjoy exploring to learn more about how we’re approaching things!

You can find all the updates on Wefunder here: https://wefunder.com/heroic/updates

Here’s the quick overview:

We started by sharing A Brief History of Heroic and a Quick Look at How We Intend to Forge an Antifragile Business along with my keynote titled “How We’re Going to Change the World Together 101.”

Then we chatted about some fun partnerships in an update on Notre Dame Football & the Chicago Bulls.

We also shared a note on D-Day: “Why I Do What I Do.” (Note: I’ve gotten feedback from a number of friends/investors telling me that is their favorite thing I’ve ever written.)

And we shared the Heroic Investment Deck—which provides a fun, quick, high-level look at the biz.

Then we shared a note on How I Prepare for Investor Chats.

And, we had fun sharing an update re: the foreword I wrote to Caroline Adams Miller’s upcoming new book called “Big Goals” in which I talked about how I’m using the science of goal setting right now as we move to closing our round.

And more!

Once again, you can find all the updates on Wefunder here: https://wefunder.com/heroic/updates

P.P.P.S. As always… Any time we talk about our crowdfunding round, our attorneys remind us that we need to include this bit of legalese so here we go…
