We’re thrilled to officially welcome our community to join us as investors in Vegetable + Butcher. This campaign is an exciting step for us. Since 2016, we’ve been building V+B with purpose and care, starting with just the two of us and a big idea to solve a problem we were facing in our own lives: how to eat well, consistently, in a way that feels good and sustainable. Since then, we’ve delivered over 2 million meals, and it’s our community that has powered that growth. We believe equity crowdfunding is the future, especially for companies like ours that are values-driven, community-oriented, and built intentionally from the ground up. We know that people want to be a part of building the future they want to see.

Every step we’ve taken has been shaped by customer feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement. Whether it’s sourcing fresh, local ingredients, refining our menu, or improving our delivery systems, we listen closely and move with care. We’ve built strong partnerships, a dedicated team, and a loyal base of customers who return to us week after week—not because they have to, but because they truly rely on us to help fuel their lives.
