Hey everyone! We give our sincerest apologies for the timespan since our last update on here. Things have been chaotic, but positive, and we have been making some big strides forward.

Before I get into status updates and other information, I want to make a quick announcement to everyone that has invested thus far. We are beginning a rolling close on our WeFunder investments that you all have made on here and beginning to pull some of the funds. This means that it's time to put in any remaining information required to confirm your reservation and officially make the investment - only about 2/3 of you have fully confirmed everything.

Now on to the fun part! We have been hard at work growing the brand and our presence in New Jersey as well as on a national level. This first disbursement from WeFunder will be used to cover operational costs for the immediate timeframe (legal, accounting, a little bit of marketing/media work). In the meantime we are in the process of searching for investment for a much larger sum (about $1-2M) to expand our operations, increase our production volumes, move into a new state, as well as deploy proper marketing practices that we haven’t had the funding for previously. As I'm sure you all know, this is a cash-intensive business and as founders we are constantly in fundraising mode.

Along with these fundraising activities, we have been working on and talking with potential distributors in other states. The key states we have strategically identified and are looking at as options are Tennessee, Virginia, Texas, and Florida. In our current state of New Jersey, we are also stepping things up! Beginning on May 1 we will be moving from our current distributor into a partnership with Fedway, who is the largest alcohol distributor in the state of New Jersey. This is a huge deal for the brand and we couldn't be more excited for how this can help amplify our presence in the state.
